1. Select your desired vehicle: Browse and choose a vehicle from our available stock list
2. Submit an inquiry: Send us an inquiry along with your contact details. Our team will respond with the relevant information or issue a Proforma Invoice (PI) for your selected vehicle. The invoice will include full payment details, such as terms and conditions, bank information, payment deadline, and payment method.
3. Deposit to Reserve Vehicle(Not mandatory) : Please be informed that vehicle availability may vary due to stock fluctuations. For urgent orders, a 30% deposit can be made to reserve and secure the vehicle. If the transaction is not completed or you choose not to proceed, the deposit will be fully refunded.
4. Complete payment via bank transfer (T/T): Please proceed with payment at your bank as instructed in the invoice. Kindly provide the T/T payment slip within 72 hours after the invoice is issued to secure your order.
5. Order confirmation & shipment arrangement: Once payment is confirmed, Midway Auto will provide official purchase confirmation along with shipping arrangements and related export details.
6. Shipping documents issuance: After the vehicle is shipped, Midway Auto will provide the Bill of Lading (B/L) and other standard export documents required for customs clearance.
7. Vehicle arrival & customs clearance: Upon arrival at your destination port, you will receive your vehicle. Delivery time depends on payment timing and the final destination. Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer and must be paid to your local customs authority and clearing agent.

These fees vary depending on the vehicle model, year, engine size, and dimensions. For an accurate estimate, we recommend consulting your local customs broker, or providing us with the exact vehicle details so we can assist with a reference estimate.

Upon arrival at the designated port, ensure compliance with all local customs regulations and complete the necessary import procedures before collecting your vehicle. This may include submitting import documentation, paying applicable duties and taxes, undergoing customs inspections, and obtaining clearance from the relevant authorities.
